Mothers Day Lilacs

The Lilacs made it just in time for Mothers Day. I was able to put out a few beautiful fragrant arrangements for local customers. 

The air was filled with the glorious aroma of Lilac for just a few days. They pass by so quickly. For many of us, they are the true sign of spring. They remind us of days of old, Victorian Houses, and our grandmothers' garden. When brought inside, they brighten the soul and fill one with the hope of summer days to come and memories to be made.

Like so many precious things in life, they are not here for long. In an attempt to hold on to them for just a little longer the artist in me had to capture them (and their shining moment) in some creative manner.
